What evidence helps
- A public track record: every selection, winners and losers, for the whole period, at level stakes if you can.
- Your results page: the public URL where the record lives (or the independent proofing service that keeps it).
- Proof of odds and timestamps: where the price basis is stated and where each pick shows the time it was posted, before the off.
- Your methodology: a public page explaining how selections are made (and, for tipsters, the staking plan).
- A download: a CSV or API link to the full results, if you publish one.
