These terms apply to your use of aisportsratings.com. The site is run by FriendlyBet Ltd, trading as AI Sports Ratings, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17201624), registered office 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. 18+ only
The site is for adults aged 18 and over. It is about tools and services connected with sports betting; it is not a gambling service, and we do not take bets or link to bookmakers.
2. Ratings are opinions, not betting advice
Our scores and ratings are our opinion of the evidence each tool, tipster or data provider has published, assessed against our published methodology on the dates shown. They are not tips, betting advice, financial advice or a recommendation to bet or to buy any product. Figures are taken from third-party public pages and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong; we show the source and check date for each.
3. No guarantee of profit
No tool, tipster or rating can guarantee profit. Past performance does not predict future results, and most published records lose money at level stakes. Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, see our responsible gambling page.
4. Affiliate links
Some links to tools and tipsters are affiliate links: if you subscribe after clicking, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate status is shown next to the link and never changes a score or ranking. Scores are never for sale. Full details are in our affiliate disclosure.
5. Right of reply and corrections
If you run a tool, tipster or data service we rate, you can reply to or challenge your rating. Email [email protected] (or use the Is this you? box on your page) with the page and a link to the public evidence. We review every request against the published criteria, update the page if the evidence supports it, and log the change in our public changelog. Anyone else who spots an error can use the same address.
6. Intellectual property and reuse of our ratings
The site's text, scores, ratings, methodology, design and data compilation belong to FriendlyBet Ltd. You may quote individual scores and short extracts, for example in an article, review or social post, as long as you credit “AI Sports Ratings” with a link to the relevant page and do not suggest we endorse you. You may not copy the site or its data in bulk, republish it as your own, or use it in a product, without our written permission: email [email protected]. The exception is our open ratings file, which anyone may reuse under the CC BY 4.0 licence on the terms set out on our open data page. Names, logos and trade marks of the tools, tipsters and data providers we rate belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
7. Other websites
We link to third-party sites so you can check the evidence yourself. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, prices or privacy practices.
8. Our liability
We provide the site for information, free of charge, and we do our best to keep it accurate, but we do not promise it will always be complete, current or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including betting losses, lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from that date.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
