By putting the badge on your site you agree to these rules.
- It's free. Any AI tool, tipster or data provider we list can use the badge. There is no paid version, and sponsors get exactly the same badge as everyone else.
- It shows our current rating. The badge loads from our site and shows the scores and check date on your listing as they are now. Scores can go up or down, and the badge can go neutral: it shows “Insufficient data” or “Not currently rated” when that is the current position.
- Use it as it comes. Don't alter, crop, recolour or redraw the badge. The link from the badge to your listing on our site is part of the badge: keep it.
- Show it live. Only use the badge in a way that loads it from our site. Don't use screenshots or saved copies of it as proof of your rating, and don't use it anywhere the live rating can't be shown.
- It isn't an endorsement. Don't suggest that we endorse or recommend your product, that we have tested it, or that we guarantee it or its results. The badge shows how we rate your listing from public evidence, and nothing more.
- The rating is independent. The rating is the same whether or not we have any commercial relationship with you, including affiliate links and sponsorship. Using the badge doesn't change it either.
- We may switch it off. If a record is misleading or these terms are broken, we may switch the badge off for that listing. It then shows “Not currently rated”. We don't switch badges off because a score is low.
